  • What kind of photo paper are the maps printed on?
    Our maps are printed on Maranello Photo Paper Satin 8 mil.
    The 8 mil thickness is designed to maximize printing and post production work. The neutral white microporous coating means your prints will be instantly dry and water resistant. 
    Caliper: 8 mil
    Weight: 200 g/m² 

  • Will the actual print quality be better than the preview I see on the website?
    Absolutely! Our previews are significantly reduced so they don't take forever to load on our website. We guarantee a high-quality product that you'll be pleasantly impressed when the final super-sharp print arrives.
  • What Sizes do the maps come in?
    We did the classy thing and decided to offer our stylish maps in the 3 most common poster sizes world wide. This way it is easy for you to find the right frame for them at your local frame shop
    Small Map: 11 x 17 inches
    Medium Map: 18 x 24 inches *our most popular size
    Large Map: 24 x 36 inches
  • What does 200 g/m² paper mean?
    200g per square metre is an indication of the mass of 1 square metre of the paper. The higher the mass, the thicker the paper, making our  papers the highest in its class. Beyond 200g/m2 the paper becomes card-like material.
  • If I am not happy with my map what can I do?
    You won't have to do anything, it is us that will have to do all the work to ensure that you are 120% satisfied and love the map as much as you love the city it represents.

  • Do the maps come with the frame included?
    Since beauty is subjective and everyone has a different style and aesthetic taste we realized that it won't be classy of us to dictate our taste in frames on you. So we decided to sell our maps without a frame. 
    We ensured that the 3 sizes our maps come in are the most popular frame sizes worldwide. This way you will able to find a frame that best fits your taste and elegant home decor with ease.

  • How long will it take for my map to arrive?
    All our maps are freshly printed on per order basis. As soon as you submit your order, your map will be printed within 2-3 business days. and shipped out your way within 4-6 business days (if you pick Regular Shipping) or 1 - 2 business days (if you pick Express Shipping)

  • I can't find my city, can you custom make one for me?
    Absolutely! As long as your city exists on our beautiful planet Earth we can definitely make it for you. Simply, send us a message on our Contact Us page, with the name of your city and country, and our team will have it ready for you within 24 hours.

  • I want my map in a different size, can you do that for me?
    Absolutely! Head over to our Contact Us page and submit a Special Size Request with your city, country and the dimensions you want the map to be printed in. One of our team members will provide you with the new price based on your customized dimensions.

  • What is 14K Gold-Filled?
    Gold-Filled is a North America industry standard that legally requires 1/20th, or 5% pure gold by weight. It is a strictly regulated process that involves pressure bonding multiple layers of solid 14K gold with extreme heat over a core of high quality jeweler's brass, resulting in a durable, quality real gold product. 

  • Is Gold-Filled jewelry real gold?
    Absolutely! The gold in our 14K gold-filled necklaces is definitely real. There's a thick durable layer of real, solid 14K gold on the outside of a brass core. The 14K gold that's on the outside of our gold-filled necklaces is the same gold as you would get from a solid 14K piece.

  • Is gold-fill actually "filled with gold"?
    The interesting part is, all the gold is on the outside, strange, right? We are not sure why the industry calls it "gold-filled". The only thing you need to know is that the term refers to a thick outer layer of durable, pressure-bonded, real, solid gold on the outside. No filling.

  • What's the difference between gold-filled and gold plated?
    i. The layer of gold on 14K gold-filled items is 5 to 10 times thicker than that produced by regular gold plating.
    ii. The standards for 14K gold-fill is strictly regulated, while the standards for gold plated are not, so you can't be sure how much gold is in the plated layer.
    iii. The gold in gold-filled is attached in a way that's much more durable.

  • Is 14K gold-filled good quality?
    Absolutely! Gold-fill is your best option after solid gold for quality and durability. It will not flake off or rust. The thick outer layer of gold makes it highly durable and safe for people with allergies or sensitive skin.

  • Is gold-filled jewelry durable? and how long will it last?
    After solid gold, Gold filled jewelry is certainly your best quality for gold pieces.   • Does gold-filled tarnish?
    14k gold-filled are not supposed to tarnish for a long time. It is possible for gold-fill to tarnish under certain circumstances, but it should not tarnish easily.

  • Will it flake off?
    No. With gold-filled jewelry, the process involves mechanically bonding the gold to the core through extreme pressure and heat. It results in a resilient exterior that's not prone to flaking or cracking. Flaking is more common with certain types of gold plating.

  • Does it Rust?
    Nope. It is impossible for gold-filled material to rust.

  • Do I have to take it off to shower?
    Not if you use mild soaps. It can actually be good for cleaning gold-fill jewelry to shower with it on. But, you must make sure that your shampoos and soaps are gentle as certain chemicals can negatively impact the look of the gold. If you are not sure, it is best to take your jewelry off to shower.

  • How do I take care if it?
    The best care you can give your pieces is to clean them gently with water, mild soap, and a soft cloth (eyeglass chamois work great) and only polish them when they really need it.
